General Terms and Conditions PerfectPrint – LHL Innovations

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Supplementary agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract.
  • Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes relating to his trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Digital content: data produced and supplied in digital form.
  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
  • Entrepreneur: the legal entity that offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
  • Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer without the simultaneous physical presence.
  • Durable medium: any instrument that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future use.

Article 3 – Applicability

  • These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from PerfectPrint and to every distance contract concluded between PerfectPrint and the consumer.
  • Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
  • If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are or become null and void at any time, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions will remain fully applicable.

Article 4 – The offer

  • Each offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
  • Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
  • Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

Article 5 – The Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
  • If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
  • PerfectPrint takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

  • The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
  • During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.

Article 7 – Obligations of the consumer during the cooling-off period

  • The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling the product in a way that goes beyond what is permitted.

Article 8 – Exercise of the right of withdrawal

  • Revocation can be reported via the return form or by e-mail.
  • The entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of this notification by email.
  • The consumer returns the product within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
  • PerfectPrint will refund the full purchase price including delivery costs within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Article 9 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if clearly stated in the offer, such as:

  • Custom products.
  • Opened hygiene products.
  • Digital content without physical medium after delivery.

Article 10 – Prices and payment

  • All prices include VAT and any other charges.
  • Payment must be made via the methods available on the website.
  • In the event of non-payment, PerfectPrint is entitled to charge collection costs.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.
  • If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified.
  • The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery.

Article 12 – Warranty and conformity

  • PerfectPrint guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
  • The standard manufacturer's warranty is 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

Article 13 – Repair service

  • Defects can be reported by email, stating the order number.
  • We offer a carry-in service. You send the product to us, and we'll examine it and repair it if possible.
  • Costs for out-of-warranty repairs will be communicated in advance.

Article 14 – Complaints procedure

  • Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time.
  • You will receive a substantive response to your complaint within 14 days.
  • PerfectPrint will do its utmost to resolve complaints by mutual agreement.

Article 15 – Disputes and applicable law

  • Agreements between PerfectPrint and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes are preferably resolved amicably. If that fails, they will be submitted to the competent court.

Article 16 – Amendment of the general terms and conditions

PerfectPrint reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website.
