Repair service

Is your label printer broken or is something not working properly? That's frustrating, of course, and we're happy to help.

Before you send us your product, please report the problem or defect by email to info@lhlinnovations.nl. Please describe the problem as clearly as possible, possibly with photos or a short video. This allows us to better assess the problem and help you more quickly.

Carry-in repair service

We offer a carry-in service, meaning you send the product to us yourself. Upon receipt, we'll investigate the problem and attempt to repair the item. If the repair is successful, we'll send the repaired product back to you free of charge.

Warranty conditions

If the defect occurs within one year of purchase, it may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty only applies if the defect was not caused by damage caused by the product's own actions (e.g., a fall, water damage, or wear and tear).
If the defect meets the warranty conditions, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. If the defect occurs outside the warranty coverage, we will contact you to discuss the options and any costs.
