All products you buy from PerfectPrint are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that an item must meet your reasonable expectations as a consumer. If something goes wrong within the normal lifespan and under normal circumstances, we'll fix it at no extra cost to you.

We believe it's important that you feel confident using our website. That's why we handle your personal data with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- The defect is not caused by misuse (such as dropping, water damage, improper installation or modification)
- The product has been used with care according to the manual
- The defect is reported to us within the warranty period
- In the event of a warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
Without original packaging or with visible signs of wear that are not consistent with normal use, we reserve the right to (partially) refuse the warranty.
Our label rolls don't come with a manufacturer's warranty, but they do come with the statutory warranty. If you receive rolls that are damaged or don't meet our specifications, please let us know within 7 days and we'll find a suitable solution.

- A clear description of the problem
- Photos or videos of the defect
- Whether you still have the original packaging

Please note: a warranty claim is different from a return via the right of withdrawal. If the product is defective through no fault of your own, we will resolve it under the warranty. If the product is not to your liking, but still works, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days.
