How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the desired product (e.g., a label printer or label rolls) and select the quantity. Click "Add to Cart." You will automatically be redirected to the checkout page.
Step 2: Fill in your contact and shipping information.
Step 3: Choose your payment method and enter a discount code if necessary.
Step 4: Check the box to confirm you agree to the terms and conditions and review your order.
Step 5: Click on “Go to Checkout” to complete your order.
Step 6: Complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you have completed these steps, your order will be successfully placed and we will start working for you.

How do I cancel my order?
Want to cancel your order? Please email info@perfectprint.nl with your order number as soon as possible.
Please note: Cancellation is only possible as long as your order hasn't left our warehouse. If your package is already in transit, you can refuse it upon delivery or return it free of charge after receipt through our returns process.

At PerfectPrint you can pay safely and securely with the following payment methods:
iDEAL
The most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. You pay quickly and securely through your own banking environment. The following banks are supported: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank, bunq, Knab, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, and Handelsbanken.
Credit card
You can easily pay with one of the following credit cards:

- American Express
- Maestro
- Bank Cards
- CartaSi
Enter your card details during checkout and confirm the payment. The amount will be charged to your credit card later, depending on your card provider.

Warranty conditions
If the defect occurs within one year of purchase, it may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty only applies if the defect was not caused by damage caused by the product's own actions (e.g., a fall, water damage, or wear and tear).
If the defect meets the warranty conditions, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. If the defect occurs outside the warranty coverage, we will contact you to discuss the options and any costs.
